The PCR-310 is a stationary reader/writer that operates with 13.56MHz transponders, compliant to Mifare Class and Mifare PRO standards. This compact unit allows you to integrate all kinds of solutions with RFID cards, tags or transponders fast and easily into various software applications. RFID technology can be employed in almost any area where identification is required. Use it at the point-of-sale, in a hotel, in fitness and recreation centres, for access control and time recording or even bonus systems, customer cards and member cards - the PCR310 can be used almost anywhere. Depending on which version you use, the device is simply connected to the RS232 or USB port of any PC. Accordingly, the reader is compatible to all commonly used systems and ready for immediate use. Furthermore, it includes also information on protocols, commands and functions. For your convenience, this product documentation is also included on the provided CD. Optionally, you can use the device with the included ProxGina software (»PC-Security«) to secure workstations against unauthorized use.
