HID OMNIKEY 5023 from HID is an advanced, contactless, high frequency smart card reader designed specifically for Seos and other SIO-enabled credentials. With its native CCID implementation, it seamlessly supports Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems. In addition, it offers a SAM API for SIO operation and a sleek design that is complemented by optional accessories such as a colour kit in six different colours and a mounting kit with various mounting options.

HID OMNIKEY 5023 Smart ID Card Reader for Seos and SIO-enabled ID cards has global certifications, the HID OMNIKEY 5023 is suitable for worldwide use and is compatible with various smart card technologies and standards, including ISO 14443 A/B, iCLASS Elite, MIFARE and more. It also uses the HID Globals ActivID Tap solution, ActivID ActivClient and ActivID Applets. The ActivID Tap authentication solution improves usability and security. It enables the automatic generation of an OTP (One-Time Password) for a secure login by simply placing the card on the device.
