The Dot-iN XS is round and measures at 0.24 inches in diameter by 0.1 inches thick with a read distance of 5 feet (1.5 m). It is biocompatible and has been tested to survive high heat in repeated autoclave cycles and industrial chemical washes that normally complicate the application of RFID devices.
Dot-iN is a truly tiny RFID tag. This embeddable in metal tag is small enough to fit on the tip of a small finger yet still offer IP 68 ruggedness and a read range of 3 feet embedded in metal.
